The Research and the results 

A  research study was undertaken by Atlassian’s Teamwork Lab - who interviewed 5000 knowledge workers around the world - asking them how they use ai - and the results are clear: the future of work is human-AI collaboration. 

They came up with the following insite  . 

There were 2 types of users 

• A simple user - use ai as  a tool - as a pa and asking ai a few basic questions 
• A strategic user - use AI as  a creative partner and a  mentor - or better still - a team of expert advisors. 

The data showed that when it comes to getting the most out of working with AI, it’s about how you use AI - and your “attitude” while using it!!

The data indicated that  there is a massive benefit to moving from a simple user to a strategic user - however “mindset is the key to AI maturity.”

The teams who treat AI as a strategic user like a true collaborator (vs a chat bot) are getting the biggest bang for their buck...

Silicon Valley’s Section School partners with BSI to launch AI Academy in Australia

There’s going to need to be re-skilling and training."

Greg Shove, a prominent figure in the AI industry, said: "AI will not take your job – but someone that understands how to use AI better than you just might," Shove cautioned.
