The Research and the results 

 research study was undertaken by Atlassian’s Teamwork Lab - who interviewed 5000 knowledge workers around the world - asking them how they use ai - and the results are clear: the future of work is human-AI collaboration. 


They came up with the following insite  


There were 2 types of users 

  • A simple user - use ai as  a tool - as a pa and asking ai a few basic questions 
  • A strategic user - use AI as  a creative partner and a  mentor - or better still - a team of expert advisors. 


The data showed that when it comes to getting the most out of working with AI, it’s about how you use AI - and your “attitude” while using it!!


The data indicated that  there is a massive benefit to moving from a simple user to a strategic user - however “mindset is the key to AI maturity.”


The teams who treat AI as a strategic user like a true collaborator (vs a chat bot) are getting the biggest bang for their buck...
